Unlock the Secrets of your Voice
Your Voice is Your Birthright
It’s not just an instrument of sound.
It’s a direct reflection of who you are: your emotions, your energy, your essence.
And it’s waiting to be reclaimed.
This isn’t about vocal talent. It’s about the voice you carry into the world, the one that speaks, sings, and expresses who you are. Filled with sound, it comes alive and finds its way out.
Let yourself sound, breathe, resonate freely, and stress begins to dissolve. What returns in its place is vitality. This is where it starts.
Every inhale is how we recognize that we exist. Every exhale carries us out into the world. Breath is the vital force itself: we breathe because we live, here and now.
30YEARS EXPERIANCE
THE FOUNDER OF METHOD
Singing has been part of my life from the very start, across many styles, in a continuous and close dialogue with my own instrument.
That long relationship with sound became the foundation for everything that followed: through years of clinical work, I came to recognize how inseparably a person’s voice reflects their inner world, with character, emotion, and state of being forming one interconnected whole.
Drawing together my musical training, my clinical background, and decades of practice, I developed Holistic Voice Therapy, a method built on this connection, using the voice as a way to truly see and accompany a person.
Today I offer both individual sessions and group work, with the groups oriented more toward shared musical experience and the individual sessions toward deeper therapeutic process.
For many years I ran my own center in Kyiv, Ukraine. That work has since continued in the south of France, where my practice is now based in Toulouse, a place I’ve come to feel is full of warmth, and where it is a joy to share what I’ve built with the people I meet here.

Holistic Voice Therapy (HVT) is a psychotherapeutic method in which the voice and breath serve as both a diagnostic and a therapeutic tool.
It combines psychotherapy, breathing practices, vocal exercises, and body-based work, grounded in the premise that a person is one interconnected system: body, thoughts, emotions, desires, behavior, and voice are never separate.
The voice reveals what is happening at every level of that system — physical, emotional, mental, and energetic — and working with the voice and breath can, in turn, shift the whole system.
This is possible because sound and breathing are bodily processes: they reach the nervous system directly, engaging the branch responsible for calm and safety, and helping to slow the heart rate and ground the body.
That is why HVT is especially effective in trauma work, in moments where ordinary dialogue cannot go.
Overwhelming experiences — loss, shock, unmet emotional needs — often leave a rupture between body, mind, and feeling; deep breathing reconnects a person to bodily sensation, and sound gives a way to move and release what cannot yet be put into words. Where language runs out, voice and breath become the path back to what was split off, allowing it to be felt, integrated, and made whole again.
When we sing, breathe, and sound freely — something happens. Stress melts, energy returns, and life feels lighter. This is not magic. This is simply your voice doing what it was always meant to do.
Every human being is born with the capacity to sound, to express, to resonate. My work is simply to help you remember that — and to make the journey back to your voice joyful, powerful, and deeply yours
The voice carries energy, emotion, and life. When it flows freely, everything changes — mood, confidence, the way you feel in your body. My approach is built on one simple idea: working with your voice should feel good.
Every person who comes to me is unique — and the path we take together reflects that. I carefully select exercises, structure each session, and shape a practice rhythm that fits your individual needs, pace, and goals.

Working with the voice and breath as diagnostic and therapeutic tools, each session is built around your own current state and request, whether that means working through an acute stress or anxiety, processing grief or trauma, releasing blocked or frozen emotions, or reconnecting with your own natural voice and what it reveals.
The work moves on two levels at once:
Physically, we open and free the voice itself: releasing tension and blocks, working with breath, and letting its true timbre emerge.
Psychotherapeutically, we follow your own themes, most often self-expression, the search for meaning, and the search for oneself. Finding your own authentic voice tends to go hand in hand with finding your own authentic worth and sense of significance, so the two threads support each other throughout the process.
Over time, individual work gives you a lasting tool: a way of listening to yourself that stays with you long after the session ends.
.
These are away events, ranging from a single day to a full week, that let you step into a unique atmosphere of trust and support, and go deeper into the mystery of your own nature and your own voice. Held in beautiful locations, with good food and a group you’ll feel truly held by, they combine shared process, singing, and rest.
Leaving your everyday setting behind, for a place that’s genuinely beautiful, with people who feel genuinely present, gives your usual patterns room to loosen, and lets something in you settle into a different rhythm.
A certified, year-long training in Holistic Voice Therapy for psychologists and vocal teachers, structured as six three-day seminars.
Participants learn to work with the voice as an additional tool: for psychologists, an extension of their existing clinical practice; for vocal teachers, a way of understanding the psychological dimension behind vocal work.
By the end of the program, participants receive a certificate of completion.
built around voice and breath: practical tools for regulating the nervous system, releasing stress, and returning to a calm state quickly, including short-format sessions designed for exactly those moments when a team needs to shift out of a bad state fast, before it spreads.
A second direction works with communication itself: freer, more open expression within teams, alongside the skill of reading character and behavior through voice and breath, tone, rhythm, tension, what someone’s voice reveals before they’ve said a word.
Together, these sessions give teams a concrete, physical way to manage stress and understand each other better.
